Mr. Wright is a member of Wright Brothers Law Office, PLLC and the head of the firm’s litigation practice. 

Mr. Wright has successfully tried a wide range of cases in front of juries and judges throughout Idaho. 

Mr. Wright’s recent experience includes the following:

Complex Commercial Litigation

• Represented individuals in various adversarial dissolutions of partnerships and limited liability companies;
• Represented farmers in resolving claims involving crop damage, fires, and commodity contract disputes; and
• Represented various businesses and individuals in litigating debt liability, purchase agreements and contract disputes.

Construction and Property Litigation

• Represented homeowners, contractors, and developers in various disputes involving workmanship claims, construction contracts, and mechanics liens; and
• Represented individuals in property rights disputes.

Personal Injury Litigation

• Represented victims struck by drunk drivers;
• Enforced the rights of injured parties through their uninsured/underinsured insurance coverage;
• Represented victims sustaining slip and fall injuries; and
• Represented various motorcyclists involved in vehicular accidents.

In addition, Mr. Wright has argued various appellate issues in front of the Idaho Supreme Court.

Mr. Wright is the President of The Theron W. Ward American Inn of Court and is a member of the Idaho Fifth District Bar Association.

Mr. Wright received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law and his B.A. from Duke University.

Mr. Wright is a member of the Bar in Idaho.
