Mr. Wright is a member of Wright Brothers Law Office, PLLC and the head of the firm’s business and transactional practice.
In the last twelve years, Mr. Wright has negotiated and closed over $1.6 billion in various transactions on behalf of both public and private clients. Mr. Wright’s practice focuses on:
- Counseling buyers and sellers of operating companies in connection with asset purchases, stock purchases, and mergers;
- Representing real estate developers and builders in connection with acquisition, development, construction, and financing matters;
- Representing borrowers and lenders in
connection with asset-backed financings;
- Counseling farmers, dairymen, and livestock
operators in connection with real estate
acquisition, sales, and operational matters; and
- Representing medical and health care personnel
in connection with their corporate and operational
matters.
In addition, Mr. Wright’s practice has included representation of private equity funds in connection with investments in syndicated term loans, issuers and underwriters in public and private equity offerings, and public authorities and issuers in connection with tax exempt bond financings.
Mr. Wright is a member of the Idaho Bar Association’s Corporate and Business Law Section,
The Theron W. Ward American Inn of Court and the Idaho Fifth District Bar Association.
Mr. Wright has taught courses on both Real Estate Investment and Corporate Organizations at the College of Southern Idaho, and is listed in “Who’s Who in American Law.”
Prior to founding Wright Brothers Law Office, PLLC, Mr. Wright was an attorney with Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.
Mr. Wright received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and his A.B. from Princeton University.
Mr. Wright is a member of the Bar in Massachusetts and Idaho.
