Mr. Rands is an attorney with Wright Brothers Law Office, PLLC who practices in the firm’s litigation and family law practice group.

Mr. Rand’s practice focuses on:

• Representing individuals in divorce cases involving complex property issues, including agricultural and business interests;
• Representing both custodial and non-custodial parents in litigation to establish or modify child custody and child support payments;
• Representing clients in alimony/spousal support cases;
• Enforcing child custody and child support orders;
• Representing parents and grandparents in guardianship proceedings; and
• Representing individuals and entities on cases ranging from contract and property disputes to tort matters.

Mr. Rands is a member of The Theron W. Ward American Inns of Court and the Idaho Fifth District Bar Association. Mr. Rands is a past President of the Magic Valley Chapter of the BYU Management Society and currently serves as a Board Member of the Boise Chapter of the BYU Management Society.

Prior to joining Wright Brothers Law Office, PLLC, Mr. Rands was a judicial law clerk with the Honorable Darrel R. Perry and with the Honorable John M. Melanson of the Idaho Court of Appeals.

Mr. Rands received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law and his B.S. in Microbiology from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Rands is a member of the Bar in Idaho.
