At its core, hiring and firing is simple. Unfortunately, employment law is not. Our attorneys assist both employers and employees navigate the complex rules and regulations that apply to employment matters.

Our work includes development and enforcement of employment agreements, nondisclosure agreements and noncompete agreements. In addition, we advise clients with respect to employment discrimination as well as wage and hour claims. 

By representing both employers and employees, we have developed a clear understanding of the important issues on both sides of the employment law equation, and are able to apply this knowledge for the benefit of our clients.
