In addition to support for in-state and out-of-state CLEs, we offer in-house CLEs as well as litigation training in our mock courtroom. Even more important than formal training, we provide attorneys with direct case responsibility. To that end, we seek attorneys who are confident in their abilities and creative in their thinking. To find these qualities in attorneys, we look for academically strong candidates who are enthusiastic about the practice of law in a challenging and dynamic setting. We place a premium on problem solving ability, clarity of thought and collegiality, and look for candidates who do so as well.
